Printer does not show an option to select from smartphone/laptop? Purchased several months ago and printer would show as a printer available. Printer has not been in use for several months.

@Kwilliw331, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print from your PC and phones. To assist you better,
- Do you get any errors?
- Are you using an Apple device to print?
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
You may use the HP Smart app to print and scan.
If the printer is not on the network, use the WPS method to connect
Refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
