Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw

since yesterday the printer does not print!

 

After I print from my Mac, the "Print Center" app shows that the job is being sent to the printer, and then done with a empty job queue.  The printer would "awake" and make some sound... but then do NOTHING???

 

I tried printing via my iPhone and got the same result: printer makes some "awaken" sound then printing nothing!!!

 

please help!
