Product: HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One Printer - C309g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I attempted to print a document late last week and wan't able to, earlier in the week I was.  Same process and software used both times.  After some troubleshooting I found the printer iP address is not matching my home interntet IP address.  I  reset to factory settings and reconnected to my home network.  IP address listed on test page is still incorrect.   I've typed this IP addresss into a browser and the results are "site cannotbe reached"  Unsure what i can do next, any advise is appreciated.
