Product: HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP Desk Jet 3630 Series all-in-one (Scan, Copy, and Print) printer. Before COVID, it used to work fine and I stopped using it as the need did not arise. No settings on my computer or my printer changed (except for regular Windows updates). But now I want to use it. However, the Printer Shows offline. Unable to run the Diagnostics from the Smart App as it does not detect a Printer. If I select, "DIRECT -E0-HP Deskjet" From my wifi network, the printer gets detected and works but it will turn my internet off.
How can I have my printer work with my proper internet wifi settings on?
Please help with steps to resolve the issues. Thanks in Advance
