Printer Laptop connection ARM based

I have a Lenovo laptop with Snapdragon X Plus and a HP Smart Tank 7005 Printer. All were working fine until Microsoft last update recently . Now I cannot connect to
WIFI from my laptop to the printer. I have had two technicians out and they cannot do either. They and others say it is because of Microsoft update which has impacted this due to ARM Based laptop. Will Microsoft correct this with a patch, because I don't want to buy either new Laptop or Printer as these are both only 14 months old. Even if I buy a new laptop how do I know it wont still be blocked. I cant even download the printer enough to use it with USB.

1. First download and install the next HP driver for ARM based laptops.

• >> HP Smart Universal Printing Driver for Windows V4 (ARM64-bit)
• https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SUPD/SUPD-5.06.1.3861-V4-ARM64.zip

2. Then you may need restart Smart Tank wifi network, follow steps from the next video:
