I followed all the online instructions and the printed out ones. I had a router that wasn’t working so I purchased a new one. Now I cannot get my printer to sync with the new router. I’ve turn things off, I’ve pressed buttons,  I’ve done everything that it asked me to do I just need to change the network for wireless printing.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Follow these steps to connect the printer to the Wireless network.

  1. On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button  for five seconds or until the light starts blinking.

  2. Within two minutes, press and hold the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on the router until the connection process begins. The light on the printer stops flashing when the connection completes.

I hope that helps.
