I have an Acer Chromebook and the HP ENVY 5055. This printer has paired seamlessly with my Chromebook since 2020. I used it yesterday without issue. All of a sudden, it isn't connecting to the Chromebook.
I did the usual trouble shooting - make sure they're on the same network, restart the computer, restart the printer, try to manually add the printer, reset my internet router, check for updates for both devices. Nothing.
My Chromebook continues to say "printer is offline" or "printer is no longer available".
What do I need to do to get them to communicate again?? I need the printer for work and school!
