Hi. I bought my DeskJet 2700 series printer around fall/winter of 2020. It worked just fine and I had no problems with it, even when I moved and my internet changed. Nearing the end of 2022 and my internet provider decides to upgrade our internet. They come out change the router but our internet name and password stay the same. Something went wrong when they did the install so we were out of internet for nearly a week. Now my printer won’t connect to the Wi-Fi and I’ve done all the steps to add my printer / connect to Wi-Fi from both the AP and my laptop. At this point I don’t know what to do.

Can try a reset wireless to defaults then use HP Smart app to connect printer to network again?
