HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

My HP OfficeJet 9015e printer will not connect to my WiFi network. It used to be connected to my WiFi network, but it randomly disconnected a few days ago. It will show different WiFi networks around me that are available, but not my Wifi network. I have been looking online for the past 2 days on HP's website, and spent over 2 hours each day trying to figure out how to fix this on my own. I rebooted my router, my computer, and my printer, which has not succeeded in any way. I then called my internet company to see if it was my internet, but they said that my internet is hooked up correctly and is not the problem. I really do not want to go out and spend money on a printer I know works fine, but will not connect to the internet.

Hi @dancinsunshine,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you getting any errors?

Have you done any changes to your  OS, printer software, or router?

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

How is the printer connected USB or Wireless?
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

Meanwhile, follow the steps from this document here

You may also refer to this document here

Update the firmware for your printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have done every step that HP has suggested both on my home computer (MacBook Pro macOS Monterey version 12.0.1 [currently updating to macOS Ventura as I type]) and my work laptop (Dell Latitude 7320, Windows 11)..

I am on my Home (private) network, I updated my router when I moved, but it was working perfectly fine until the printer decided to disconnect from the WiFi on its own accord. My printer will not recognize my router, even when I change the name of my router. Nothing is in the way of my router that would interfere with the bandwidth (they are sitting 6ft apart, and my router/WiFi works for every other device in my home).

I am trying to connect via Wireless because I have 2 computers that I would like to print from, and that is how I had it connected before the printer decided to disconnect from the WiFi router. The blue light is flashing every time I try to connect it.

I have spent more time trying to fix my printer than anything. I printed the HP Network configuration page and the WiFi Network Test Results page, and both here not much help when I am trying to connect to the WiFi.
