Product: HP ENVY 5546 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

When I try and print I just keep getting a printer offline message.  I have tried restoring to factory settings, disconnecting and reconnecting wifi and printer, but nothing seems to work.  We’ve had this issue intermittently before but it always seems to resolve itself but now it just keeps giving the same message no matter what we try.
