Hi @KeUser,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the "Printer Setup Incomplete" message on your HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer usually indicates that there is an issue during the setup process.
Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Connections:
- Ensure that all cables (USB, power, etc.) are securely connected.
- If you're setting up the printer wirelessly, make sure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
Update the HP Smart App:
- If you're using the HP Smart app, make sure it is updated to the latest version on your device.
Run the HP Smart App Setup:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. If your printer is not listed, click on "Add Printer" and follow the prompts.
Check Printer Settings:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Settings menu.
- Ensure that the printer is connected to Wi-Fi and that it shows as "Ready."
Factory Reset the Printer:
- If the issue persists, you can reset the printer to factory settings. To do this, refer to your printer’s user manual for specific instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Go to the HP support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Uninstall any existing HP printer drivers on your computer and then install the new drivers.
Check for Software Conflicts:
- Disable any security software temporarily to check if it's blocking the setup process.
- If you have multiple printers installed, consider removing any that you don’t use to reduce potential conflicts.
