Hello,

I got my printer a few months ago and has been working since then. This week I updated my Router from Xfinity to a faster internet service. The printer basically does not "see" my wifi router. All other devices in the house connected normally to the new router with no issues. The printer can see other networks (neighbor s) but nit mine. Sounds like a compatibility issue. I unpled both devices several times with no success. I also input the name directly and doesn't work either...please help!

Thank you

@Gostir, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
