Operating System: iOS

All the sudden my printer which was working perfectly for a long time since I’ve had it just started asking for a password when I try to print. I cannot print because I did not setup a password when I set it up initially and it is asking for that on every device we have. I need to stop it from asking for that and go back to printing when I request. I have extensively looked and tried many things to correct this issue. Please if you know what I need to do to get this to be resolved, please let me know. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

You'll find the password on the network configuration page: 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch (Settings). 2. Touch Print Report and then touch Network Configuration Page.
