i have a problem in that the printer  is not connecting with my iPhone or iPad. When I select the print tab it recognises the printer on the screen but then doesn’t appear to actually connect in order to print. I have run  a Wireless Network Testvand everything comes back as a pass. However at the top of the page it states.

More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID). If this is not intended your HP printer may connect to the wrong network, To avoid this,  change your wireless network name (SSID) to be unique.

i only have one router but have TV’s connected and a Hive Thermostat plus Internet boosters . Plus I do not understand what

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?
