Yesterday, my good old HP 4630 Office Jet printer went haywire. I've been using this printer for a number of years with only minor problems, it has been enrolled in Instant Ink, and I use it to print almost daily. Yesterday, the blue internet light was blinking which means it needed to be restarted. No problem. But this time it suddenly went to factory defaults, asking me for my preferred language, enter today's date and time of day. I did manage to enter our network password and the blue internet light is now solid, not blinking. BUT the printer is telling me it cannot print because the cartridges are from Instant Ink and the printer is not connected to the Internet. Checking on the Instant Ink website, sure enough this printer is not recognized by HP via the internet. I've tried HP Easy Start but, again, the printer does not connect to the internet, even though the solid blue light tells me it's connected to our wi-fi network. How can I get this printer back online and connected to HP? Thank you for any and all help.
