@Mamajo43, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP ENVY 6000e printer is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, follow these steps to restore the Wi-Fi setup mode and reconnect your printer:

Steps to Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

Locate the Wireless Button: On the back of the printer, find the Wireless button.

Press and Hold: Press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds. This will restore the network settings.

Pressing the Wireless button for five seconds

Status Light: Wait for the Status light to turn purple, indicating that the setup mode has been restored.

Complete Setup: Within two hours, return to the HP Smart app or software on your computer or mobile device to find and add your printer, then follow the instructions to complete the setup.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
