Hi there. I recently bought my HP Tango. Set up was simple and it was working like a dream for the first few weeks until recently. Now, when I attempt to print a job I receive the error code "The printer is not responding". However, when I print off a "Printer Information Page" it reads that it is connected to my wireless network, identifies my IP address and states the signal strength is excellent. Also states the printer is connected to the internet. It also states that "Wi-Fi Direct has been turned off". I admit, I don't know what that means. A Wireless Network test allows me to print results: Wireless = PASS / Wireless working = PASS / Signal strength = Excellent / Signal Quality = Good. I have tried re-starting the printer as well as my Mac, unplugging everything and waiting a minute etc etc. Same issue. Appreciate some help here as HP's Virtual Agent has not been able to support this issue.

Hi
It seems to be exactly as the problem of my friend. Look at answer provided by another person in the topic
I should test it tomorrow evening from my side but you may try in the meantime.

Yohann
