i own a HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 All-in-One printer.
I am trying to connect my printer to my home Wi-Fi network.
This is not an initial connection to the network, it's an attempt to reconnect the printer after it was previously connected.
When I reach the menu in the printer settings where I need to enter the Wi-Fi password for my home network, I get a message saying the password is incorrect, so the printer is unable to reconnect to the network.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble connecting the HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 All-in-One printer to the Wifi network, and its asking to insert the password.
Please try the Factory reset on the printer, and when connecting to the Wifi network, please use the Wifi router password to sync the device.
Restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.
2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
3. Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, the Wifi Router & Printer --> install it back and Add the Printer.
