Hi @hiitskishore,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I’ll be glad to help you get the printer connected to your laptop again. Could you please share a few more details so I can guide you with the correct steps?

  • What is the exact HP printer model?
  • Is the printer connected by:
    • Wi-Fi,
    • USB cable,
    • Or Bluetooth?
  • What happens when you try to connect?
    • Printer not found,
    • Offline,
    • Driver error,
    • Cannot print,
    • Or another message?
  • Is the laptop running Windows or macOS?
  • Is the printer able to connect to Wi-Fi normally?

If you see any error message, please share the exact wording or a screenshot/photo if possible. This will help me troubleshoot the issue more accurately.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
