Hi there,

 

I don't know what else to try. I'm trying to scan a document via the HP Smart app on my mobile phone but the printer has been showing as offline for days now. Neither my mobile phone nor my Windows laptop can connect with the printer.

 

  • I have uninstalled/reinstalled HP Smart
  • I have checked all devices are connected to the same network
  • I have turned the printer off and on again at the wall
  • I have disconnected and reconnected the printer and the mobile phone to the wifi network (the printer seems to be successfully connected, the wifi light is lit and the network name is showing under network settings)

And still my printer is showing as offline on both my mobile and my laptop. What can I do?

Update the Printer firmware by selecting your current OS, and if required update drivers. Click here
