Hello everyone.

 

My printer has stopped communicating wirelessly with all devices (computers and phones)since I changed my internet service.  This has not been the first time this has happened but it usually was due to a router problem (like client isolation) or it fixed itself. Now, however, the problem has persisted and I have tried numerous methods to fix it but no solutions have worked.

 

I have tried resetting our router and modem.  I have deleted the drive and download another. I have cleared the  printer queue and  performed a wireless network test.  Test showed its connected to the network.  Printer displays Ready with the solid blue light.  When I try printing from the devices it displays "printer is offline" .  I don't know what else to do.  Can anyone help?  Thanks
