Recently changed ATT home router (now a dual band unit - 2.4 and 5GHz). TVs, iPhones and Macs connect OK to the network but printer doesn't see the network name. Using same network name as before. Tried Wireless Wizard, WPS but no success. Thanks.

@SRBRS
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's restore the network settings: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes.
Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi. Let me know if that helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

If you haven't solved this yet, try deleting the old wireless network completely or just reset the network settings, then power down and restart the printer. Then search for the network name again or manually configure the printer with the proper settings (wifi name, IP, address, security info, etc). Even if the new router has the same name as the old router, it definitely has a different MAC address and that can confuse the 69xx printer configuration process.
If you want to change the network name of the printer once it's connected to your new network, put the printers IP address (i.e. http://192.168.xxx.xxx or whatever your subnet is) in your browser and press enter. Https will probably not work unless your certificate is current, which most older printers will not be. You will be connecting directly to the printers internal application. Choose the Network tab, then Network Identification. You will then see the default Host Name. This can be changed to your liking but you cannot use spaces or some other characters. I use a hypen (dash). I tried the underline character but it was rejected on my 69xx series printer. The dash worked fine. This allows all users on your network to see a *real* name, rather than the last few characters of the MAC address.
Good luck!
