After getting a new router at our office, my wireless M234sdwe shows an error (79).
I figured out how to factory reset the printer. I tested copying and scanning and they worked. I printed a page from the i on the printer, and it set Wi-Fi direct: Disabled. I followed the instructions and was able to successfully enable it.
However, when I hit the wireless button on the printer to turn it on, that is when the same error (79) comes back.
I had removed the printer off the computer and now I cannot add it back since the wireless function is not working. It comes up as available to add, but fails.
1. I need to successfully add the printer back to my computer
2. I need to be able to print and scan via wireless connection.
Any help is appreciated.
