Hi @Kristie13

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To connect your HP DeskJet 3634 printer to a new Wi-Fi network, you will need to reset the printer's wireless settings and then configure the printer on the new network. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Reset the Printer's Network Settings

  1. Restore Network Settings: Resetting the network settings will remove any stored Wi-Fi networks and passwords on the printer.
    • Turn on the printer if it is not already on.
    • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer simultaneously, and hold them for three seconds. This will reset the network settings to default.

Step 2: Connect to the New Wi-Fi Network

HP Smart App:

  • Ensure your computer or mobile device is connected to the same network you want the printer to connect to.
  • Download and open the HP Smart app on your device. It supports both Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
  • In the HP Smart app, click on the + sign to add a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to find and select your HP DeskJet 3634 from the list.
  • The app will prompt you to enter the Wi-Fi password, and it will configure your printer to the new network.

Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS):

  • If your router supports WPS, you can also connect the printer using this method. Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking. The printer should connect to the network automatically.

Step 3: Verify the Connection

  • Print a network configuration page to confirm the printer is connected to your new network:
    • Press the Wireless button and the Information button on the printer simultaneously to print the page.
    • Check the network status to ensure it displays the new Wi-Fi network details.

If these methods do not resolve the issue, or if you encounter any problems during the process, keep me posted for further assistance.
