Virgin Media have installed a new Wi-fi hub and now my printer has lost its connection to wi-fi. How can I reconnect it? It's an HP Envy 6432e.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Update Firmware 

 

Use the Wireless button on the back of your printer to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.

Procedure

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds.

NOTE:

Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.

Wait for the Status light to turn purple.

Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.

Many thanks for your advice. I found an instruction that told me to download HP Easystart and, yes, it was easy to restart the printer. All is now working well. Thanks again.
