Printer has suddenly stopped working, all I've been getting were two error codes - nothing happening inside printer. I took it back to Curry's who, even though it's well out of its warranty, kindly took a look and to my horror it worked fine, everything doing what it should. I brought it home and plugged it in only to get the error codes again. At this point I'm beginning to the it's a Wifi connection problem so I took it out into the garage and it worked fine, including the blue Wifi light and a suggestion that I took it closer to a router. Took it back into the house again and back to error codes, although I'm only getting one now, i.e. 0XB8025E7C.. My printer is an HP Officefet 4630. Can anyone suggest where I might look?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Is the printer connected to a Wi-Fi network?
- Does the error go off if you remove the ink cartridges?
I'm afraid this seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Let us try these steps to resolve it:
Reset the printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Check for any paper jams inside the printer and if the print carriage is moving freely.
- Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
- For more info on resolving 0x errors on the printer, refer to this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I've managed to resolve the problem! I removed a few HP related programs and Apps from my computer - with no obvious effect, and then turned off Bluetooth, switched the computer on and everything worked?? Don't ask me why! Ive since turned Bluetooth back on again and everything still works as it should.
