Did anyone else have this issue?
We were enrolled in the subscription service to “monitor and send” ink cartridges as needed. Well, we needed colored ink and, lo and behold, no cartridges. As I looked into this “service”, we were paying between $17-$20 per month for years! What a waste of money. And- no ink cartridge when I needed it. So, I canceled this subscription and purchased HP cartridges to use MY printer. Guess what? MY printer will not work! There’s an error message indicating the cartridges need to be registered in the subscription service! What a total and complete joke! I thought HP was a reputable company.

May not be the issue, but when cancelling, that does not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle.
