Printer is blinking 0 and E and I cannot figure out what’s going on. 6500 series all in one printer

My printer is flashing the “I” button and a “0” and an “E”.  I’m trying to enroll in instant ink again and cannot do anything with these blinking lights.  I’ve unplugged it, turned it off and on and no difference. Please advise  it’s an HP ENVY 6000 Aa in one series.
