@Boomer252, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Here’s a step-by-step checklist to troubleshoot your HP OfficeJet 6962 when it won't print, even though everything else seems to be working:

Connection Check

Since your Wi-Fi and modem are working, confirm:

Your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone or computer.

Print a Wireless Network Test Report: HP OfficeJet 6960, 6970 Printers - Printing Self-Test Pages | HP® Support

Run HP Smart:

Remove and Re-add Printer

Sometimes re-adding the printer solves connectivity or print queue issues.

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

Remove the HP OfficeJet 6962.

Click Add a printer and let Windows find and add it again.

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
