I am struggling to find out why my printer will not print. On the printer it says it is connected to internet and will print the information report but when it comes to wireless printing it says that the printer is offline or unavailable. I have tried every troubleshooting I can possibly do and I am unaware what to do next. Someone please help. Have only have this printer for two years.

Probably woke up from sleep and got a different IP address from the router.   It can connect to the internet but your PC has the old IP address that is not good any more.
There could be other reasons such as connecting at 5ghz instead of 2.4 or vice-versa.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer and if it is OfficeJet, Deskjet or Laserjet as some model numbers are the same but the printer is different.
