I have a DeskJet 4155 Plus All in One printer. I recently moved to a new location with a new ISP. I wasn't able to get the printer to work on the wireless network so I connected it to my computer using the USB cable. I was able to get it to scan, but when I try to print, it tells me the printer is "offline". Which I don't understand because the printer is connected to my computer with the USB cable. And I also don't understand why it wasn't "offline" when it performed the scans but it is when I try to get it to print. I've done all of the troubleshooting that is available in the HP website, and still no results.
I'm about ready to swear off buying another HP product ever again and telling everyone I can find never to buy any HP products. Can anyone help me get this printer working so I can feel good about it again?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can reset the wireless before using HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network again?

It was a great suggestion, but I found out that the two devices I had the problem with are just too old and are no longer supported for my printer. A third device that is newer was able to print. Thanks again for your suggestion.
