Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have called tech support 4 times this month on this problem.  Each time they claim to have fixed it.  It will last anywhere from a few hours to a few days.  They keep saying it is a software issue, that the printer itself is fine.  I have a 6 month old Dell computer.  We have no router connection issues with three other devices that use it.  

The fastest cure is to unplug the printer and plug it back in.  After it starts up it will usually print the document I had tried to print all on its own, and then may remain connected for a few hours or days.  The printer is less than six months old.
