We changed the router and now my computer is "offline" and my hl-2280dw printer don't recognize each other. Through troubleshooting everything seems in order. The printer shows to be connected to the network. I read on another post that it's possible my printer is set for only 2.4 ghz when the router is 5.0 ghz (I think. I know very little about this). It went on to say that I need to make sure the router accepts both. How do I do that? Any help is appreciated. We are all older and are trying to learn as we go. It's confusing. Thank you.
