This product was worked on several occasions by a HP rep, including reinstalling drivers, works for a while and quits, I am very frustrated with this product, one of the worst printers that I have had from HP>  I feel that I have been abandoned by this company.  Need your help badly.

I understand your frustration with the recurring issues on your HP DeskJet 2755e printer. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the problem:

Check Connection and Restart

  • Ensure the printer is securely connected to your computer.
  • Restart both your computer and printer to refresh the connection.

Update Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website to ensure you have the latest drivers for your printer.
  • Install any updates available for your printer.

Reinstall Printer Software

  • Uninstall the current printer software via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reinstall the printer software from the HP Support website.

Check Printer Settings

  • Ensure the printer is set as the default printer in your computer's Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Check for any printing errors or alerts in the printer software.

Perform a Partial Reset

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for at least 30 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Check Network Connection

  • If you are using a wireless connection, ensure your printer is connected to the correct network.
  • Consider placing your printer closer to the wireless router to improve signal strength.
