This product was worked on several occasions by a HP rep, including reinstalling drivers, works for a while and quits, I am very frustrated with this product, one of the worst printers that I have had from HP> I feel that I have been abandoned by this company. Need your help badly.

Check Connection and Restart

- Restart both your computer and printer to refresh the connection.
Update Drivers
- Visit the HP Support website to ensure you have the latest drivers for your printer.
- Install any updates available for your printer.
Reinstall Printer Software
- Uninstall the current printer software via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall the printer software from the HP Support website.
Check Printer Settings
- Ensure the printer is set as the default printer in your computer's Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

Perform a Partial Reset
- Turn off the printer.
