Hi @4EverGreen,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your printer isn't printing requests from connected devices, you can try the following steps:

Check Wireless Connection:

  • Ensure that both your printer and device are on the same wireless network.
  • If your printer has a wireless indicator light, make sure it is lit.

Restart All Devices:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your router by disconnecting its power cable, waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in.
  • Turn off your connected devices (such as computers or smartphones) and then turn them on again.
  • Finally, turn on your printer.

Install or Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure the latest printer drivers are installed on your device. Visit HP's Drivers & Downloads page to find the correct driver for your printer model.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer on your device.
  • Check the print queue for any stalled documents. Clear the print queue.

Troubleshoot Printer Setup:

  • For printers with touchscreens, navigate to Setup > Network or Wireless settings, and choose Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect to your network.
  • For printers without touchscreens, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless lamp blinks, then press the WPS button on your router.

Check Print Spooler Settings (Android Devices):

  • Navigate to your device Settings > Apps > Print Spooler > Clear Data or Force Stop.

Take care and have an amazing day!
