I have added a new WiFi to my printer and it connected to the printer but it is showing that the printer is off line on the app so I will not print. Can someone please help?

General help for new modem but first just watch the video below
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.

 

 

This video is good although it does not show how to reset the printer.

Unless there is something really wrong, there should be no need for factory reset.
