Printer says feature locked by person who set up this printer. I cannot connect to a new wifi router. How do I fix this?
I was able to set up the old router and the Printer is now connected to the old network. Can I 'unlock' the feature needed to allow me to connect to a new network?

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Hi Betty, I'm new to this forum and a bit confused on how to post in a thread that has my exact problem, so I apologize if what I'm doing is not correct. I have the same issue as this Ch6. How do I get my printer reset? Also, can something be done so we don't need resets everytime we change routers or providers? Thank you for any help you can provide.
