I installed eero mesh router. OfficejetPro 8600 is logged into network, blue light is on, (although it would not accept logging into guest network), computers, all running Windows 10 are on network. However, the printer appeared off line to all computers. I tried all the tricks -- rebooting printer, uninstalling and reinstalling software, etc. After deleting and reinstalling software on one computer, the printer is not recognized on the network, so it's not even 'off line' anymore (it's not listed as a connectable printer). Printer is connectable and functions with USB cable. I spent one hour on the phone with eero tech, and the network is working fine, but printer doesn't want to communicate. Encryption is compatible. Eero tech seemed satisfied it is an HP problem.
Help!
PS. I've also run the print and scan doctor. Same result, even when provided IP address.
