HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP 8620 printer is connected to the network but will not connect to the internet.  The blue light is on - solid.    When I try to print something from my laptop or phone, it shows the printer as offline.  I've verified all devices are on the same network.  I've rebooted the printer, router, and laptop but nothing seems to work.  I reset the printer to factory settings which did not correct the problem.    This started all of a sudden, it was working fine a couple days ago.   This printer is 9 years old, wondering if something electronically is shot.    Anyone else have this problem with an easy fix ?

  • Hello Raj2111, I tried everthing and nothing fixed the problem. Given the age of the printer I bought a new one. No issues with it.
