Hi @JodyJB,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network, but not to the internet, you may need to check the following.

  • Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure your computer or device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer. If not, connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
  • Check your printer's network settings: Verify that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and has the correct network settings. You can usually access your printer's network settings through the printer's control panel or via a web interface.
  • Restart your printer and router: Try restarting your printer and Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, this can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check for firmware updates: Check to see if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
  • Try a wired connection: If all else fails, try connecting your printer to your computer or device using a USB cable. This can sometimes be a more reliable connection method than Wi-Fi.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
