Officejet Pro 8625

Can someone please walk me through the steps of connecting Wifi to the printer? I have had this for a few years now and it keeps picking up an old printer that I do not have. It is not connecting to my Wifi. It is a Officejet Pro 8625. The screen keeps saying "unable to connect to internet" I have confirmed with my internet provider that everything is working on their end. I can't figure it out! It has been rebooted multiple times.

Thank you!

I have the same issue.

I have had this 8615 more than 5 years, so think something changed in the software.

Note, reading blogs, it looks like we have to go to your router icon and log in a printer password, which may be different than the router password.

Can anyone help?

I was able to get my oldish 8615 to print again wirelessly.  It worked via ethernet, so I knew it was not the printer.

1. I logged into my router and turned OFF WPA3 Security.  This was a different tact.

2. I rebooted my router

3. Logged into the printer and selected my network from the Wireless Menu

4. Input my Wifi Password

5. Success!
