HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer series - C410a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using a new router modem, xFi Gateway from Comcast.  Since creating the new wireless network, the printer will not connect, even though it shows connected on the LED screen on the printer.  However, the wireless indicator light remains flashing showing it is not connected.  And the computer will not connect with the printer over the wireless network.  If I printout the Wireless Network Test Report, it says the printer is connected to my network.

Multiple times I reconnected to the network using the password, but that did not work.  I even restored the network defaults and reconnected to the network.  Screen and printout say I am connected, but wireless indicator light still flashing and no connection to the computer.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
