Hi @pkinkhabwala ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP LaserJet Pro M15w printer. Let's troubleshoot this step by step:
- Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve temporary connectivity issues.
- Check Wireless Connection: Make sure your wireless network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it without any issues.
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi Network: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings or network setup menu. Look for the option to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi network's password again.
- Reset Network Settings: If reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network doesn't work, try resetting the printer's network settings to factory defaults. This usually involves pressing and holding a specific button on the printer for a few seconds. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually check for firmware updates from the printer's control panel or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest firmware for your printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check for Interference: Make sure there are no electronic devices or obstacles (such as walls) blocking the Wi-Fi signal between your printer and the wireless router. Interference from other devices can sometimes disrupt the wireless connection.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
