I have a Deskjet 3762 all in one printer, recently I am having trouble getting the printer to connect to the internet and ews. The wireless light is flashing blue and the EWS light is flashing white. The IP address is not loading in the browser and I am at a loss as to what to do.
I have tried turning off and on again, looking through settings and diagnostics. I can't even get the printer to show on my HP smart app to get into the settings.
Someone please help before I launch it out of the window 😂

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
