Printer not printing even though job left the print queue.
Tried printing the printer test page using HPSmart and the print job manager on my Mac. The jobs leave the print queue on the Mac and appear as "completed" (see screenshot) but nothing is ever printed on the printer.
There are no error lights on the printer and it appears to be connected to the same WiFi as my computers. I am also subscribed to HP Instant Ink, if that information is relevant.
Tried the troubleshooting options in the HP Virtual Agent to no avail.
Update: The printer still cannot print jobs sent by the Mac, but can print jobs sent from another device. The mac can also print to other HP printers such as HP OfficeJet 4650.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
