I printed 11 pages just now. Tried to print another 11 pages. Command is going to the printer, but it is not printing. No error message.

Hi @JancyAlbert,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you successfully printed 11 pages, but when you tried to print another 11 pages, the print command was sent to the printer but nothing printed, and no error message appeared.

To help us narrow down the issue, could you please provide the following information?

  • What is the exact model of your HP printer?

Need help finding your product number? We've got you covered! Check out this handy guide:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16

  • What device are you printing from (Windows PC, Mac, phone, or tablet)?
  • Does the second print job appear in the print queue, and if so, does it show as Printing, Pending, or Paused?
  • Are you able to print a different document or a single page?
  • Is the printer showing any warning lights or messages on its display?
  • Have you tried restarting both the printer and the device you're printing from?

Once we have this information, we'll be able to better identify whether the issue is with the print queue, printer connection, software, or the printer itself.

Looking forward to your response!

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
