Printer is online and connected to my network. On the hpsmart browser, it is showing up on my account as ready to print. It was removed from my hpsmart app when I got a new phone, and after trying for several days, it will not add on my app. When I print, I am given a "printer not responding" message on my laptop. I have had that problem in the past, and have an HDMI cord to print that way. That is not working either.
I have unplugged the printer, changed the outlet, held the wifi reset button as instructed, turned the printer on and off, and reset the printer. What can I do next????
*When I held the wifi reset button, I was able to begin the process of adding it on the app. However, it gets to the last step and says there was an error. As mentioned, the printer is showing up fine and ready on the SAME account on the browser.
