Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my HP Envy 64522 printer is offline and does not reconnect to the internet.

Verification conducted include;

1. Computer online,

2. Restart both computer and printer,

3. Run HP diagnosis check, message indicates it cannot find the printer,

4. Rechecked printer it is on, copy icon slow flshaing all colors,

5. Checked with HP customer support, their appears to be a glitch with their online service as when clicking to go to the next page, it just brings the screen back to the same pagee ???

 

As someone ran into this problem in the past and what would be the likely vause and fix ?
