Hi, I have recently installed a new WLAN-Router (FritzBox 7530 RG). Now my printer has lost connection to the computer. The icon for WLAN flashes, and when I try to add the printer, the computer does not find it. I have already rebooted printer, computer and router, but that didn't help.

Hi Fabio, thank you. I had tried this before and have now tried again. Before, the app could not find the printer. Now it seems to find the printer and the result is "problem with checking the driver is not solved". But now matter what else I try, I always get the notice to make sure that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network. But when the WLAN icon is flashing, that means the printer ist not connected at all, right? The settings menu in the computer doesn't find it either. So, how do I connect the printer to my WLAN?
Or do I have to download the driver again?

Problem solved. After hours and hours trying to find help on the HP website and the HP Smart App, I finally could speak with someone (a real person, not an AI-machine) from the support by phone, and they helped me out.
