I have an older printer. Wireless HP 110D
I replaced my router and had to change the name and password. Set it up and it says wireless is connected. Same information as my iPhone. Every time I go on my iPhone to print it recognizes my printer and then when I press print it takes forever then says printer is offline. I only print from my iPhone and have nothing I can find on my phone to get it back online. I also tried to manually put information in such as IP address and tried everything I saw on the internet
reboot, unplugged, cleared my WiFi and put password back in
No idea how I can do this the hp app doesn’t recognize my printer either
i have a chrome book and it doesn’t recognize it either
no idea if I should just buy a new printer
it was working fine until I had to connect to a different internet

@Berkle, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print from your iPhone as it says offline. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the iPhone are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
- Also, check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'.
-
Bonjour locates devices such as printers, other computers, and the services that those devices offer on a local network using multicast Domain Name System (mDNS) service records. The software comes built-in with Apple's macOS and iOS operating systems.
Update the printer firmware

Print with AirPrint
- Open the app that you want to print from.
- To find the print option, tap the app’s share icon —
or
— or tap
.
- Scroll down and tap
or Print. If you can’t find the print option, check the app’s User Guide or Help section. Not all apps support AirPrint.
- Tap Select Printer and choose an AirPrint-enabled printer.
- Choose the number of copies or other options, like which pages you want to print.
- Tap Print in the upper-right corner.
